Denille Bickford has been with Cornerstone for more than 17 years. She started as a renewal specialist, learning the licensing work one filing at a time, and worked her way up to Director of Operations.
That path shaped how she leads. Because she has done the renewal work herself, she knows what the job actually asks of the people she manages. Colleagues describe her as an expert at connecting with those she leads, someone who keeps all the plates spinning while a round of laughter follows her quick wit through the room.
What kept her here
Ask Denille her favorite part of the job and the answer is immediate: the people she works with. Nearly two decades in, that answer has not changed.
Deep industry knowledge builds slowly, and Cornerstone gave her the room to build it. The company promotes from within, so the person directing operations today is the same person who once tracked renewal deadlines as a specialist.
Outside the office
When she is not working as a self-described licensing ninja, Denille is having fun with her son, enjoying anything and everything he does.
