Arizona Charitable Registration Requirements
Whether your nonprofit must register to solicit in Arizona depends on its category and fundraising model. Arizona repealed general charitable solicitation registration in 2013, and the Secretary of State says no other agency took the filing over; only charities soliciting in the name of, or for, veterans organizations still register. Application process
